URC64EC45 General Electric TV Remote Control GE 62 2
This General Electric remote has controls for LCV, TV/video, off timer, mute, volume up and down, channel up and down, power, and channel numbers.
The URC model number is found on the back of the battery door and the 62 2 numbers are back to the bottom right above the battery door.
