What if I get the remote and it doesn't work?
Every remote is tested again right before shipping. If it was damaged during shipping or just not working for some reason, you can return it for a refund.


What if it doesn’t work with my device?
If you get the same model, that shouldn’t be a problem, but if for some reason it doesn’t work, you can still return it for a refund.

We don’t do that. Replacement remotes are generally something you only need if yours is lost or broken, not because someone emailed you a special offer.

Finding Model Numbers
Where can I find my remote's model number?

They are usually pretty small. Look on the front towards the bottom. They can also be on a sticker on the side of the battery compartment or on a sticker on the other side of the battery door. They can also be imprinted in the plastic on the other side of the battery door.

What if I can’t find my model on the site?
We can look for you. Just contact us with the brand and model number. We have a large amount of new inventory coming in all the time so we can also check "in back" in the inventory that is not yet visible on the site or to search engines.
