This is an original equipment model with the dual ir bulbs and light up buttons. (see photos) The battery door is included with intact tabs and it fits tightly in the compartment which holds two AA batteries.
This AT&T Cable TV box CYB S10-S1 remote control also has some serial or model numbers on it reading 510204171240 CYB UG-R#0710 0013 1-A ATT. Serial numbers may differ slightly from your remote. The S10-S1 is the important part.
