Here is a brand new waterproof Motorola PMMN4021A combination microphone and shoulder speaker. The clip version is 4205823V01Rev.N This is the good one with the sliding metal clip allowing the user to remove the entire clip from the speaker unit. It's a strong clip but if it gets broken in an altercation, it's not a big deal as you can just replace the clip and the whole thing is not rendered worthless.
This black PMMN4021A is for law enforcement / firefighter / EMT use. I bought it but never ended up using it.
