The Tivo 063004/A1 replacement peanut remote has buttons for clear, enter/last, slow, dvr, record, play, mute, page, select, window, guide, tv input, info, live, and power.
Battery door has a nice, firm click and all the tabs are intact.
If you are making a DirecTivo, this model is held together with the screw and not glue or merely the breakable clips so you can get access to the circuit board multiple times without tearing up the remote. This also has the switch to go between DVR1 and DVR2. If you look on the photo and find the yellow pause button in the middle, under that is the slow button and under that is the switch.
